I have just started this new job as HR few month ago, the management gave me the task to train all the supervisors on how to assess the performance of the staff. please guys I need ideals on what should i teach them.

Training needs of supervisor will emerge from measures of their performance, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
I will do Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for your supervisors, prepare the training calendar and execute the training programme and lastly ensure that positive change takes place.
However, my services are paid one. Please obtain permission from your management and we can go ahead with this project. You can tell them that handling this task requires lot of maturity and cannot be done like novitiate like you.
