I want immediate suggestion on the following:
Description:
I am working as a HR Manager in a IT company(strength-35). Recently got an offer in a reputed hospital with a major presence as a Assistant Manager- HR.
Question:
1. Will this industry change be beneficial (Salary offered is just 15% above my present CTC.)?
2. Is the hospital Industry a good investment?
3. The post reqd postgraduates, I am not a postgraduate however I got the offer, should I consider this as a good opportunity?
4. Should I accept the offer based on extensive exposure in a bigger org even when I am given a position lower then my current position?
your advice is very important for me, so please share your views.

What is the role offered to you? also mention your present role.
Who's reporting to you ? and whom you reporting to ? (this counts more)
15% hike from CCTC is very low compared to industry standards, but please don't consider salary alone.
Hospital industry is coming out as a new boom in pharma segment.

Hi,
Salary alone is not the issue that you have to be sure about, you should also think and contemplate:
1. Are you fine to change the indutry from IT to Hospital
2. As the norms of working may be very different
3. Also lower designation in bigger organisation is acceptable
4. you also have to think about the future growth in terms of salary and your position- Hospital salaries may not be as competative as IT industry and also from hospital you may not be able to switch back to IT- where the intangible assest have more weigtage and the way you deal with them .
So a lot of self introspection is required in this matter.

My job role offered:
Your broad responsibilities would include;
Assist in implementing HRIS preparing HR Policy
Assist in preparing / up-dating HR Policy
Recruitment
Assist in Performance Management & Reward System
Assist in HR initiatives, OD activities viz OCS, CSS etc.
Communication, Liaison & network with HR bodies / professionals
JCI – HR documentation & implementation
HR Budget.
Current job profile:
Recruitment; Perf Apps; documentation;bills; pay procession and other general function at a very samll scale as strength is only 35.
Currently reporting to director- ops.
offered positon reporting to DGM HR.
Note: In my offered position I will have a hiearchy and career ladder.
My current position of HR Manager is the maximum that can be attined in this org as for now.
