Hi Everyone,
I have worked for a Startup for 2 years and I resigned and left the Company in Dec last year because I got a good opportunity. I have got the relieving letter on the last working day. But in the relieving mail, it was mentioned that the full and final settlement and the experience letter will be issued within 45 days from the last day. Having said that, I have received the full and final settlement amount, but I have not received the experience letter. I have been asking them for two weeks, but they are saying that I have joined the Competitive Company, so they will not be issuing the Experience letter. Also, they are not issuing salary slips.
Can anyone guide me on how to get the Experience letter? For now, I have an appointment letter and relieving letter.
My other question is: whether the relieving letter is enough for the future? and also bank statement would be enough for having the salary credit information?
And also the Content of the relieving letter is as follows:
" This is to Certify that myname has worked with us as designation from tenure.
He has been relieved from his duties w.e.f last working day.
His contributions to the organisation and its success will always be appreciated.
We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
HR Manager name and sign"
Will be this fine to consider as the Experience letter?

It is better to get Experience Certificate and Salary Certificate on your exit date for the benefit of your future employment purposes. You have to request the company to provide the Experience Cum Salary Certificate for all your future purposes.
Experience letter may have the content like below:
To Whomsoever it may Concern
This is to Certify that Mr.......................................S/o..........................Em. Id .....................worked as ...................................( Role and Designation) in or Organization in ............................Department from ................................to................ ..........and he was working as ...............................( Designation) at the time of relieving.
