Company should be stopping your due payment if any & also not given you reliving letter/experience, not any provision of legal action in case not given bond.

Mr.Deepan
Kindly review your appointment letter. It might be having any clause which says that when you resign you have to give 2months notice or a certain amount of money. If there is no such clause then there is no need to worry. They cannot sue you or do legal proceedings against you.The only thing that they can do is hold your due amount (salary) and your experience letter or such other documents.
Also you worked only for 1 month. Some companies have the practise of providing experience letter only if the employee has completed more than 6 months in the company. If your company is one amongst them then you are loosing only the amount. The other thing you may loose is a nice feedback if required in future by some other company.
Thanks

How long have you worked there ? The answers depend on that Frankly, the company will spend much more on a court case than they are likely to get from you, so,the likelihood of filing a case is slim

Mr.Deepan
Could you please quote the clause that says about the notice period from your appointment letter. In my view the condition of legal proceedings if notice period is not given is totally illogical. No company does so till the time you have signed a bond with them but if they send such a letter then i would like you to quote the clause for better understanding of us all....
Thanks
