We’re in the process of hiring a Technical Recruiter for our consulting practice. This person should be from Delhi/Gurgoan/Noida area. The person can work from home but they have to work during the US working hours ( 8 AM – 5 PM EST). We will provide all the voip telephone and internet facilities for the candidate.
Salary is not a constraint. We need a candidate with excellent communication skills since they have to interact lot with our clients and candidates who are US Citizens.
I would like this person to start his/her job from February 1st 2010.
Job Summary:
· Perform daily recruiting activities searches; recruiting, matching candidates to requirements, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews and reference checks and occasionally performs background checks
· Reviews and classifies applications/resumes
· Works with team members to help identify contacts
· Initiates contact with possible candidates for specific job openings
· Provides job-specific details for sourced prospects and applicants
· Interview candidates to confirm work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
· Maintain data as required in applicant tracking system to ensure active pipeline control.
· Prospect and identify the top tier of talent via creative lead generation methods including various social networks
· Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure
· Strong knowledge of sourcing and creating close match candidates
· Must have knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting
Experience:
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT recruiting environment along with Excellent Communication Skills.
· Fluency in English language is very much essential
· Experience in enterprise software required
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands and multiple hiring managers
· Ideal candidate would be energetic, highly motivated and self directed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline. Two (2) years of experience in human resources or related field may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college
