Hello Seniors,
I am working on a project wherein the process of ERP usage by HR department needs to be aligned.
The organization does not have a clear policy as to how the different verticals with HR (payroll, leave and attendance, etc) should be using the central database and in turn they have stale data.
Inspite of huge investment purchasing Oracle ERP, organizations employee database is practically not at all useful. The simple reason being different departments of HR are not using it to the fullest and still working on manual basis.
Can somebody please enlighten me on how should the process be aligned and implement the discipline in different HR department?
P.S : It is manufacturing organization.
Please help.
