Dear All,

My company is providing recruitment and payroll services to one of its clients. The staff is working for the client but are on our payrolls. Additionally, these employees are located in different locations in India. Every month, we receive the attendance from our client in an unorganized way.

Please help me develop a format that I can send to my client to receive the updates in a proper manner. Also, please advise on the best way to cross-check/audit this attendance sheet.

I am eagerly awaiting valuable inputs from seniors.
