I have been working as a recruiter for the last 4 years from 3 different companies and I have all documents like experience certificate, offer letter but I don't have an pf account now I am trying to go into MNC company like Wipro,TCS ,IBM will my BGV will be cleared or will it be rejected if there are possibility of rejection what precaution can I take inorder to convince the company kindly provide suggestions.
