What learned Member Shri Umakanthan has said is correct. The practicality of the matter is if you litigate against your company, the company may give feedback which will be unhelpful. There will be no suitable legal remedy for this kind of feedback. Try to sort out the matter amicably with your employer. Or just forget the matter and move on in life. Don't legally agitate the matter unless it has a real significant impact.
