I have done my MBA-HR with 70% marks..and i have got around 4 years experience in HR as Generalist profile.
Actually i am just planning to start SAP HR module. So i just wanted to confirm that Will it be beneficial for me or not. I am totally afraid. Is SAP HR module good or SAP CRM+SD ? Please suggest me. I would appreciate this help.

Hi Vijit,
SAP HR will provide a weight-age in your resume and carrier. SAP CRM to my knowledge is Customer Relationship Management which is also good to know. But if your stream is completely into HR i suggest you to go for SAP HR module.

SAP HR will be better for you as your functional area is HR. CRM plus SD that is Sales and Distribution will help those into marketing field i suppose. So i suggest go for SAP HR. These days it carries a lot of weight-age. I am too thinking to go for it.
