Role : Sales/BD/ Accounts Manager
Desired Candidate Profile :
v To draw an action plan for business development short term and long term .
v Chief responsibilities pertaining to establishing & extending the companies market leadership through effective contributions towards Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Key Account Management.
v Generating new business avenues in the assigned market areas & evolving new markets.
v Proficient in performing Pre-sales and sales activities like drafting proposals, client interaction.
v Generating Revenue from existing clients.
v To prepare commercial proposal and having flair for negotiation skill.
v Management & supervision of the entire sales process e.g.: Q-A sessions; solution presentation; negotiation; hand-over to the account management team.
v Managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.
v Responding to tenders and RFI in an effective and timely manner.
v Should be able to Manage P & L for the Business.
v Builds Loyalty of Corporate customers through various promotions.
v To ensure that the collection team works in tandem with the finance team to ascertain the timely invoicing so as to enable timely and accurate collection of the funds.
Skills Required:
1. Extensive experience in the telecom sector – civil works/ telecom implementation/ network planning.
2. Thorough understanding of GSM and CDMA technologies.
3. Excellent networking & good contacts with both the operators and vendors in the APAC market.
4. Confident negotiator and ability to “close the deal”.
5. Capability of problem solving and ability to generate ideas and solutions.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
8. Complete knowledge and understanding of project execution.
