Dear Seniors,

First of all, thank you so much for all the motivation you all provide to me to continue my position when I was left alone in the department with no experience in HR.

I am happy to tell you all that I was also promoted to the Assistant Manager position. However, I now have a new challenge of preparing an Induction training program for the sales trainees who join my company.

Some details are given below:
- My company is in the Auto Component business.
- My junior staff who are involved in sales have to meet mechanics and small retailers.
- We want to create a program that will motivate them to do more business rather than maintaining the existing business.

Best Regards,
VRV

Dear VR Vichare,

I have conducted exactly a similar program for the sales personnel of an Oil and Lubricant company. However, it cannot be "induction training" per se. You need to give them complete training on the product and sales process. For this, you need to create a complete sales process as well.

You may contact me for further discussion.

Thanks,
