I am unable to download the ppt which i wished to use.
In fact for the past few weeks I have been unable to download anything from citehr, unlike other similar portals.
A message comes that there should be a 2 min gap between downloads and asks me to wait for sometime, as a download is already on. No download happens, BTW!
I am sure this hurdle would be looked into by the citehr authorities, as many of my colleagues have been complaining about poor service from citehr on this same count.
