I have 4+ years of fullstack software development but having a gap of 3 years between 12th and Graduation(Btech). I understand most of the MNCs have the policy not to accept candidate with such a gap.
Could someone tell me how much regular experience is enough to neglect my education gap by MNCs like TCS,infosys.
