Hi to every one,
Iam a btech graduate who is passing out in 2011.I have a problem in my career graph.
I have 1 year gap in education after my Intermediate(i.e 12th).My actual reason for the gap is i have taken eamcet(i.e an entrance test for graduation in AP) long term coaching after 12th for 1 year and i got 34451 rank and i joined in a non reputed college.
What would be the best reason for my education gap to mention during an interview?..........

please be true in your interviews and there is no point hiding a fact.
Your reason for the gap is very genuine, there are number of people who have a gap of year or may be two for preparation of various entrance exams.
So do not worry and be true in the interview.
All the best..

What my friend Archana has said is absolutely true....
you should always say the truth during our interview.....
Because if you lie in your interview then you have your marksheets pointing at different direction at that time...
Therefore, i suggest that, you should be frank and open and do not pretend to lie otherwise it would cost you your image, reputation and maybe also your job.....

Hi archana madam, i am pursuing MCA final year with 85% of marks, but i have 2years gap after 10th and one year gap after 12th. Now i 'm participating in campus drives. Here i need to mention my educational gaps.
Please conform whether i have 3 years gap or is there any chance to show it 2years only.
Because, in today's world all MNCs are mentioning that 2 years gap is allowed. One more thing is, these gaps are not by backlogs these were obtained due to my financial problems. please help me how can i manage it....
thanks in advance,

Madam/Sir,
I completed my intermediate in 1997, B.Sc. in 2012, and now I am interested in pursuing a B.Ed. Will this qualification help me in securing a government job, or will the gap in my education raise questions? Please advise me on what steps to take next.
Thank you.

I also agree with Archanan mam. One should be honest when being interviewed. This is very common when people take a gap in their studies, so there is no need to worry about it.
