Dear Mr. Drewguy,
A consternation of odd thought in faking ones own experience knowing that the employer may process the background verification. I've couple of questions here --
- You worked in a gulf country for 5 years (no matter what-so-ever) is your profile/designation, why did you leave the job?
- Was it a contract/ permenant employment?
- Have you not received an experience letter from you employer (if yes, why do you certain in faking any document?)
- Do you know if you're wedged in faking docs; you may severly be remarked an defaulter & there are certain companies that are corelated to NASSCOM -- Are you still willing to sham post knowing consequences leading to unemployment?
Verification from the employer majorily involves validity of an applicant's stated work history confirms whether the applicant has the necessary experience under honesty. Lying on either document will guarantee that you won't get either an interview nor job. Other large sectors have "Third Patry BGV's", certainly, engross to report the findings of the candidates tenure, salary claims & the no. of moths/years of experience and majorily if the candidate is potential enough for the ex-empoloyer to be re-hired. Poor or divulge information may lead to emlployment issues -- Imagine, in that case, if you decide to proffer FAKE CERTIFICATE; you're at lose. Some other times you may have to also provide genuine phone numbers, fax and email of the reporting person to verify the information of the applicant.
Discover the verity of today's world where people are craving for jobs... one single step of ignorance may not lead to you to your destination.
