Dear Decision Maker,
Greetings.
This is in reference to the Workers Training and Welfare Activities.
I have conducted hundreds of programs for worker cadres in manufacturing companies, starting from Tata Steel and other top MNCs in India, with some in Mumbai.
The theme of the training modules designed and delivered by my team and me was to seek, secure, and strengthen workers' commitment to their work (productivity, cost control, wastage elimination, and accident-free safe work habits).
My programs resulted in a growing number of workers becoming "actively engaged" employees who, after the training intervention, developed an emotional connection with the organization. The observable benefits to the organization included fewer workplace grievances, reduced absenteeism, acceptance of management's right to discipline, active collaboration between managers and workers, zero accidents, and an increased sense of wellness throughout the organization.
Should you require more information, please let me know.
For your information, I am an XLRI alumnus with 40 years of experience working as Head-HR at Tata Steel, with my last assignment as VP-HR in Mumbai. As an Executive Coach and Mentor-Trainer, I now assist my clients, including MNCs, in the areas of Discipline Management and Leadership, among others.
