Hello friend,
I will attempt to define some of these:
1. Manage Customer Expectations: Prepare a list of customer expectations. decide on top 5 customer expectations to be addressed. Now the KRA could be to ensure that out of 5 the top 3 will be addressed/resolved in next one quarter [ 3 months] period.
Estimation: Accuracy of estimates is easier to quantify- Estimated costs/ Actual project cost [ However Ratings could be +/- 10% could be considered Very Good, +/- 15% Good - depending on business and impact of such variances]
Attrition: Number of people left OR number of people left within one year OR number of Key Persons - critical people left could be a measure
New Technology: Number of new technology updates in a quarter, Number of Competitive studies conducted. Number of new ideas generated in a quarter, number of innovations implemented, The value of impact due to implementation of new idea [ in Rupee terms - amount of money saved or amount of output /efficiency improved]
Weekly Reviews: Completion of planned weekly reviews [ Number actual/number planned].
Negotiation skills: If you are selling then amount of % margin you are able to get. If you are buying - the amount of discount % you are able to get can be a measure of negotiation.
It may be noted that what gets measured will be controlled and that is what is likely to happen - so we need to focus on relevant metrics for the business and not just some measure for the sake of producinig figures/numbers having no impact on business.

Dear Seniors,
I am in a thought process where I have to look out for a Six Sigma project in my process. I have already completed two Lean projects: one that reduced costs and the other that aimed to increase customer service by using the STAR Methodology.
My process is currently green and meets all SLAs well on time; it has been green for a good one year. However, I am now receiving a lot of additional tasks, and I am struggling to identify a new project for my team for this quarter.
Can you please suggest what project I can start in this ideal situation where everything is green and the team is very efficient? Perhaps I am overlooking some opportunities, but your thoughts can help me in identifying them.
