Well, it seems you are a case of bad hires. You are transitioning from recruiting to the role of HR Head and now seek help in creating a new HR Policy.
Dear, dear, dear, instead of posting here, first do some homework. Utilize the knowledge from your education and experience to create a blueprint. Put in some effort on your own before seeking further help here. At least lay the foundation by doing something for the HR Policy. Just copying and pasting from other documents will not be appropriate. How can an HR policy made for another company work for you?
Come on, don't expect spoon-feeding. As an HR Head, your company needs innovation from you. If they discover that you merely copy and paste from websites like CiteHR, they may question your capabilities and decision-making. They might even consider opening membership on such websites to address all queries.
Those who oppose this post likely lack critical thinking. Think before going against this perspective.
