1. Mission, Vision & Values Statements;
2. Workplace-Centric; Work-Centric & Worker-Centric Policies;
3. Employment Policy outlining:
i) Recruitment Yardstick - Merit or Merit-cum-Commitment, etc.
ii) Seniority-cum-Merit for Promotion; Promotion-cum-Transfer, etc.
iii) Reward & Punishment for Value-Creation or Nil Value-Creation, etc.
iv) Superannuation; Termination for Misconduct and/or On Medical Ground, etc.
4. PoSH Policy - Making Workplace Safe & Secure Where Every Employed Person (Men or Women, etc.) Could Devote their Energy & Intelligence in Contributing 100%;
5. Communication Policy - Internal and External (with Community, etc.);
6. Conservation of Resources Policy (Savings, Elimination of Wasteful Practices, Salvaging, Consumption, Sustainability Measures, etc.).
