Dear Seniors,
Greetings for the day!
I would like to request your suggestions in finding the best course for my career advancement. I am currently working as an HR Executive in a small organization. Now, I am interested in transitioning to the HR-related technical or functional side. Please recommend courses that do not require fake certificates and offer good career prospects. My three years of experience in the IT industry should be beneficial. Kindly suggest courses other than SAP HR.
Thanks in advance,
Pavani Siri.

Dear Pavani,
I recommend you take a job in HR at a company. What you learn in the workplace is far superior to any course. It's preferable to work under a good manager. If your manager is competent, you may not need to take any HR courses. However, there is a downside to this option. Moving into a generalist role would mean starting your career fresh in the field, and your compensation might also decrease. Whether to take this risk is your decision.
All the best!

Pavanisri,
I believe it will be good if you undergo training in "Competency Mapping and Assessment" under Dr. T. V. Rao, an expert who is currently Chairman of TVRLS, Ahmedabad. There is good potential for you to grow as an HR specialist and later a consultant in this field.
With Best Wishes,
