hi aravind..even i have completed my Mba in HR specialization.i have heard of an ERP course on HR module..u can go ahead with this course..but my seniors hav advise me to get some practical job experience and then..do this course..thats what i hav to say..
i would b glad if any senior person can add more on this.

I have also done MBA and Practical course in HR..
Friends its better to change your stream from HR to any other Stream because as per my knowledge thier are very less opening for HR Position..Think Pratically...

you have done MBA in HR,it's enough.Instead of joining other course try to develop your interpersonal skill and tag the words "LEADER" and "DIGNITY". Have a burning desire to work then you don't need to hunt job, job will hunt you.
