May I suggest that such good materials are accompanied by the citation of the source of the material, as complying with professional ethics and intellectual property rights? Prof Krishna

Dear Prof. Krishna,

Thank you for your comments. I have further mentioned my name on the presentation. You know how much effort one has to put in to prepare a presentation. Whose name should I mention?

This is an internet source. I am preparing presentations for my team by studying different materials without worrying about the bill of my Tata Photon. Who am I doing this for? This is for our team who benefits from the materials.

If I am sharing knowledge for the well-being of our team to further disseminate knowledge to lower levels, I believe I am not doing anything wrong.

For further clarification, please read the guidelines of OSHA to distribute and enhance knowledge for the well-being, health, and safety of the community.

I regret any inconvenience.

Kind regards, [Your Name]

Dear Bhardwaj,

What I thought, Mr. Sudhir wrote the same. Everybody has different thoughts, buddy. If you are getting NEGATIVE feedback while you are doing the right thing, don't bother about that. It always happens in open forums.

If you go by our previous threads, you can see how many NEGATIVE feedback/comments we received from some of our members. It does not mean we are doing something wrong. You know the specialty of our forum - SENIOR MEMBERS. Yes, they back us up in a POSITIVE way whenever we are doing something wrong. That's the specialty of the SENIOR people in our forum.

So, don't worry about the Negative feedback, Mr. Bhardwaj. Go ahead.

Dear Mr. Sudhir,

Thanks for your usual support, sir.

Dear Mr. Prof Krishna,

Everybody has weaknesses and strengths, sir. Please try to help us positively and don't ever demotivate with comments in our threads. Everyone continues to learn until their last day from others. Nobody knows everything.

Thanks.

Thank you, Mr. Sudhir and Mr. Raghu, for your heartfelt support. Constructive criticism from our members is okay. Our comments should be such that nobody feels hurt, but instead, they feel inspired and motivated to move ahead. Thanks again, my friends.
