Dear Seniors,
Well! I am basically a Science Graduate (B.Sc. (Bio)) and after completing my graduation, due to relatives' influence/father's insistence, I had to join the security profession. Since then, I have been working in the same line for almost 12 years. I am an Asst. Manager (Security) now, in quite a good position. However, I want to shift myself from Security to HR. Right from the beginning, despite being a security professional, I have been assisting various HR Heads in the areas of IR & Labour Issues. Unfortunately, this has gone unrecognized due to my security profession.
Educationally, I have completed a PG Diploma in Labour Laws, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, and I am also pursuing an MBA. Now, could you please guide me on how to transition from security to HR?
