You will ask them to spell words from easy level to difficult level with only one try for one word. For each correct answer, hand over a toffee/chocolate for the easy level and a gift for the winner of the tough level. Once the employee fails to spell it correctly, he is out of the game. Proceed to another employee. This game is cost-effective and has a high level of involvement.
