Please help me. I want to know about the skills matrix. The concept is not yet clear after reading many posts. Could you please clarify what skills matrix are, how we define them, where they are used, and what the procedure is? I would appreciate it if you could clear all these concepts.

Hello,
Skill Matrix is a chart depicting the skills of employees. In the skill matrix, particular skills required to perform the job are defined. For example, for an HR person, "Communication skills", for Marketing people, "negotiation skills", etc., and accordingly, seniors update the chart after employees' performance. It is used to identify the areas where training is required.
