Our organization (an infrastructure and construction company) has adopted ISO 9001:2015 recently. However, we do not have any formats/templates for the Skill Matrix (for workers) or Re-Training of both Technical and Non-Technical Employees (for those who have not achieved the desired results in their performance after training/enhancement in their competence level).
Therefore, we require templates/formats (relevant to ISO 9001:2015) for Re-Training and the Skill Matrix of employees.
