As you know, the Training Cycle consists of the following Stages:

1. Competence Assessment
2. Training Need Identification
3. Planning of Training
4. Delivery/Execution of Training
5. Evaluation of Training's Effectiveness
6. Re-Training

So, we need the format of Re-Training (Parameters/Execution and Evaluation) as we move to ISO 9001:2015 lately.

Dear Jagajeet,

Why do we conduct employee training? We conduct it to:
a) Reduce costs
b) Minimize resource consumption
c) Decrease process turnaround time
d) Adjust ratios

Therefore, whether for ISO:2015 compliance or other purposes, focus on the above objectives. If the training program is designed with these goals in mind, or if retraining is carried out to achieve them, everything is on track. There is no need to worry about ISO.
