Hi rupa,
Being introduction of HR in an organisation for the first time, and I am new to this field, I was having an idea only that HR audit is something for hiring procedure/maintenance of individual employee records/ statutory payment to the department/ appointments/leave policy etc. Great to know that it is something mroe.
