Hi Hetal,

The compliance depends on the type of employees in your organization and also the role you are handling. As for an HR person, various acts and laws applicable to employees have already been pointed out by Praveen. You need to go into details of these various acts and rules. It is advisable to appoint a consultant to comply with various acts and rules.

When defining the salary structure, you need to take care of the Minimum Wages Act (state-wise), PF Act, ESIC, and Gratuity Act. Please let us know if you need any help with calculations.
