The goals for HR may comprise the following:
Area: Recruitment
Goal 1: Reduce recruitment costs by 10% compared to last year.
Goal 2: Fill all vacancies within 60 days from the resource request approval, etc.
Area: Training
Goal 1: Prepare a training needs analysis plan by the 1st quarter.
Goal 2: Prepare a training calendar by the 1st quarter.
