The subject is essay writing on safety, as well as the preparation of posters and slogans on safety. All are requested to kindly email me some ideas on the above subjects.

Hi,
Your CTC format is good, but some changes are required as follows:
You have made the PF deduction on 6500 d/- only, but this is where 6500 applies only to the pension scheme and EDLI basic. Only the remainder of the basic should be taken. Hence, please change the CTC PF contribution on the whole basic.
PF admin charge payable by the employer only, so please remove it. If implemented as shown, employees will request a higher salary depending on the situation.
This is a suggestion; please provide your comments.
