Good question. Honestly speaking, I don't have the apt answer as of now. Rather, you could say I am not able to answer. The reason is I have worked in Chennai, Mumbai, and now in Delhi. Looks like a freelancer, isn't it!!! As per my knowledge, the impact of different industries plays a major role in finalizing the answer for the above-mentioned question. If you see, Bangalore is a hub for the IT industry. You would get ample opportunities in HR in that particular industry, but if you are looking for any HR opportunities in FMCG, the pace would be a little bit slow.

Chennai - There are "N" number of factories in Chennai. E.g., Nokia, Hyundai, etc. The opportunity for an HR role in a factory is high in Chennai. You would also get some opportunities in IT companies.

Mumbai - If the guy is from a premier institute like TISS or XLRI, fly to Mumbai. Because 80% of the company's corporate offices are based in Mumbai. Great opportunity!!!

New Delhi - I have been here only for the past 8 months. I think there are fewer opportunities. I do not know, another guy from Delhi might have a different opinion. Why did I say that? Because I'm not looking for a change, and probably that might be the reason. Ha ha ha. I was there in Mumbai handling HR, and I was transferred to New Delhi. My company, P&G, wanted me to operate from New Delhi. What fate??.

Kolkata - No clue. (Just joking).

Any which ways, good question, dear. Please do not consider this as the final feedback. Let our other HR brethren reply. Wait and see...

Ohh..You want a final answer from my side. Right!! Hmmm... Here you go.. MUMBAI..

Dear Sir,

If the company is registered in Maharashtra, then Maharashtra state employee applicable in PT. However, the company has one branch in Raipur, so this condition makes Raipur office employees subject to PT as well.

Sir, please suggest me.
