Thank you for posting the questionnaire with a lead into your research. In the Abstract, how can you state "The research suggests that managers can positively influence the relationship between outsourcing and organizational learning through internal marketing tactics and enriched psychological contracts." How can you do that even before you have conducted the study? Is that your research hypothesis?
The best way to improve the return rate is to employ a web-based questionnare, rather than expect respondents to download, answer, save and upload the file.
