It is really good to measure the stree level and hope these days it is common to score more than 3 but how to control and get rid of the same ????even my scoring is in between 3-4,I do yoga & pranayam to have controll on daily stress and to align both professional & personal life,but hardly any solution I find .If you have a similar link to controll the stree level then send .
