This is Gayathri, a new member of this HR Community
The ppt presentation is awesome.
But only one thing which i can't understand is the "Anti Stress kit"
I can't get to understand that slide completely what is that about.
Please help me out in understanding the same.

Thanks a lot guys for the support and suggestions.Anti stress kit is a piece of humor..Since stress management is a serious topic i wanted to add some humor to it at the end.All those cartoons were also chosen to lighten the mood.
If you still dint get the anti stress kit part of it, i am here to explain.

Nice work. You can also add a couple of slides on the stages of stress. And although you have a slide on how optimal amount of stress maximises productivity, a major part of the presentation deals with just one stress related condition - hyperstress. Adequate importance should also be given to the other end of the extreme - hypostress. This is where the amount of stress is low thus leading to a lack of motivation and lethargy.
