Dear Yashvanth,It’s a wonderful PPT with lot of information. I have a suggestion here. May be you can emphasize on stress busters. For example when u talk about meditation, u may narrate (instructions) how to meditate ( it does need an instructor to show) and subsequently fine tune how to control breathing while meditating.You can also emphasize on Tai Chi.... Laughing techniques, internal visualization… the lighted candle or the waterfall sceneryThis may result in how to release his stress even at work (thatz their take away).I thought i should share with u.
