Hi, I am Syed working at Raj Kumar Small Industries as an Admin Manager for 1 year and 3 months. I receive my salary in cash without any deductions. My new employer is requesting a salary slip. I would appreciate your assistance in creating a salary slip or any suggestions you may have.

Though it is not a good practice, many companies give salary in cash. In such cases, you can approach your employer and request them to provide a written confirmation on the company letterhead, stating that they pay the salary in cash, along with the company stamp and authorized signature.
Hope this information is helpful.

Hi,
I hope you have informed your new employer that you receive your salary in cash and explained that there is no specific system for salary slips at your current company. However, if they still require one, you can use the SEARCH Tool located at the top-middle of the page to find a "Salary Slip Format" and edit the details according to your needs. Once done, have it authorized by your boss and submit it to your new employer.

The practice of your previous organization is completely illegal. They are cheating the government. Making a salary slip or providing a format is not important, as it is not valid. Anyone can make a slip like this with an inflated price before negotiating salary with an employer.
Either you request your previous organization to provide you with a salary certificate or clearly discuss the matter with your new employer. I hope they will consider.

You have received your salary in cash without a salary slip issued by the employer. It would suffice for the employer to provide a letter on their letterhead stating that Mr. [Employee's Name] was employed in the company as [Position] from [Start Date] and was relieved of duties as of [End Date]. The last drawn salary was Rs. [Amount], with the detailed breakup as follows:
- Basic pay
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Other allowances, if applicable
- Total

Hi, I am also facing the same situation with salary being paid in cash. As per your suggestion, is this formality accepted by all companies? If a company insists on having a salary slip, what should I do? I always deposit my salary in my bank account; will that proof help me to verify my salary? I need suggestions.
