I want help with generating the salary slips for the employees in our company, including all deductions such as PF, ESIC, etc. Please assist me with a software that we can use or any Excel format that will reduce the time needed to create salary slips for multiple employees.

If an employee has a salary of Rs 35,000 and has worked for 19 out of 30 days of the month, and we have to provide a salary slip, do we only need to mention the net payable amount like Rs 22,166 as per the total working days, or is the total gross salary mentioned in the salary slip with all the details like net payable, deductions, etc.? Please help me clear this doubt.
