Hello, Mr. Vikas,

Thank you for uploading very useful documents that will definitely benefit all HR professionals. Just to double-check, I feel that not all the information is updated according to today's laws, such as Gratuity benefits. I believe the maximum limit has been increased, but in your document, it is mentioned as Rs 350,000/-.

Kindly verify this information.

Thank you.

2007/2008 - Basic pay was - 12,400

Could you please calculate and let me know the exact amount I will get if I withdraw my PF amount? I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

Hi all,

I actually want to know a detail: should employees sign the salary slip? If the organization fails to do so, what are the legislation and penalties for the company? Please include the relevant Act.

Do you understand?

Thank you.

Hello,

My queries:

1. If an employee joins a company with a basic salary of 5000 and gradually increases it to 10000, is he required to volunteer to deduct his PF, or does he have to deduct PF on the basic salary of 6500?
2. If an employee joins a company with a basic salary of 10000, is he required to volunteer to deduct his PF? If yes, which form should be filled?

Please provide the solution with legal proof related to PF documents.

Sir, Madam,

My company owner has undertaken a new construction project, in which the total cost of civil work is approximately 1 crore. I would like to know how much money we will need to pay for ESIC for this civil work.

Please provide me with the details as soon as possible.

My company owner has constructed a new company, in which the total turnover is 2 crore, and I have 200 employees. So, my query is... Basically, I pay all staff salaries above 6500, but some employees are paid below 6500, so those workers are on a contract basis. Can I pay PF? And if a worker receives below 6500 in salary, is PF compulsory to be paid? If a worker does not agree to contribute, is this compulsory? Please, could anybody reply to me?

Thank you.

Dear All,

I am new to this community and finding this as a very powerful store of knowledge. I have one query regarding my PF calculation. I had worked with a company from 26th November 2009 to 31st December 2013, and my basic was Rs 6000 per month. Out of which Rs 720 was deducted towards my PF contribution. So, in this regard, I want to know what is the amount I will receive if I withdraw the PF amount as of now.

Kindly share your knowledge. Last but not least, I want to thank the Admin of this site for maintaining this wonderful platform.

Regards, Jhony
