Dear Lakshmi PV,
To get an employee pehchan card, you have to fill out the online application in your ESI account. Once the registration is completed, you can download a Temporary ID Card along with the Medical Acceptance Card. The employer must affix the family photo of the employee in the designated space and stamp it with the official stamp. Subsequently, the employee should present the Temporary ID Card at the nearby ESI branch for the capture of their and their family members' photos and biometric signatures. After a few days, the pehchan card will be sent to the company, which should then be handed over to the employee.
