Thanks for the postings. I am working at a large building construction site and want to train my supervisors on construction safety, first aid, etc. Can somebody suggest a suitable training plan/schedule for this so that effective training can be provided without hampering work.

I have gone through this thread, and it's quite informative. However, the 1994 Safety Management System mentioned here has been replaced by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001:2007 version. As the presentation references the ISO standard, the aforementioned standard is equally acceptable and effective in corporate and industrial management systems.
