That's not called an appointment letter, which should only cover CTC details. It must contain each and every clause with significant policies that need to be adhered to in the organization by the employee. An appointment letter is a mutual agreement between the employee and the employer, and it also has legal bindings in case legal concerns arise in the future by either party.
