Dear All,
My company is 20 years old, but they have not provided any offer letter or appointment letter to employees. Now, I have to issue both the letters to employees, but I am facing a problem in issuing them because I don't have any details.

Please obtain the resumes of all the employees for whom you require the offer letter and appointment letter to be issued. Secondly, formulate an employee data form and have it filled out by all existing employees. Lastly, have the statutory requirements been met? If yes, then you should have the necessary data for your needs.

Now no need of offer letters for existing employees. Issuance of Appointment orders will be sufficient with effect from their date of joining/back date it. V.Murali

Dear All,
Thank you for your response. We do have all statutory compliance in place, but we are missing the joining dates and their first salary information at the time of joining. Now, we need to release their appointment letters. Please suggest the right way to proceed.
