Hi Fellas,

Our company is starting up a new factory (Assembling and Configuration unit). We will have 50-100 technicians and helpers by the end of this financial year. The factory is proposed to be set up on the outskirts of Bangalore. I need to implement an HR system. Could you please assist me with the format of the Appointment Letter, the labor contract for seconded employees, and an HR Manual that covers all sections and clauses as per the act?

Also, please advise on the forms that need to be maintained.

Dear Kumar, I don’t think that there is an Appointment Letter format which is as per clauses of Factories Act. Kindly refrain from posting unnecessary suggestions if one cannot help.
