I have just started a new placement and HR services company LLP in Pune. I am also involved in providing contractual services such as security services, facilities management, and housekeeping services. We have labor contracts with various societies and companies.
1) Do I need to pay PF, ESI, and PT for contract labor/security guards/employees? Will this be deducted from the employers, or do both parties contribute? How much is the contribution for PF, ESI, and PT?
2) What about the service tax (15%)? Should I bill the total amount to the employer?
3) What are the consequences if I do not pay PF and ESI to the PF office for contract labor/security guards/employees?
4) Do I need to register for PF, ESI, and service tax if my turnover is 10 lakhs (for service tax)?
5) What are the taxation requirements for the LLP?
