Hello Sir,
I wish to introduce myself as Padmashree. I am currently working in a Homeopathic Clinic as Manager - Patient Relations and have completed my PGDBA in HR and Operations from SCDL Pune University.
Since I have completed my HR studies, my MD wishes to have certain HR policies set up for our clinic. As HR policies vary from company to company and industry to industry, I request your guidance on the basics that I need to start with, particularly regarding the leave policy that a healthcare industry follows for professionals and other employees.
I am looking forward to your guidance.
Thanks and Regards,
Padmashree

Hello Padmashree,
Apologies for my delayed response. I was traveling and I am back in Chennai. Yes, HR policies differ with the promoter's ideologies, staff strength, and the vintage of the organization. Please let me have further details about the organization - number of staff both managerial staff, and others with other relevant information like current privileges people get etc.
