I am requesting if anybody can share the HR Manual or HR policies regarding Leave/Grade specific to the Healthcare/Laboratory domain.
Please guide me on this, as we all belong to the same fraternity.

How were you employed in an HR position if you know nothing about HR?
We do not work for your organization, so we do not know how your workplace operates or anything about it.
If you lack the skills and knowledge to develop the policies, then you need to outsource this work to a specialist who can come in and tailor the policies to your management's specifications and operations.
Every organization is different. While there will be similarities in some policies, every organization does things differently based on the type of industry, etc. You will not have the same policies as an organization that builds bridges, runs a supermarket, or manufactures women's saris, for example.
