i would be teaching team managent in an event management institute
the course i have drafted would include the following key points
-benefits of working in teams
-types of teams
-basics of team functionin(b forming,level of authority)
-event teams and functions of each
would need help from the members in drafting some more points
and most importantly i intend to teach all these through role plays and games
please can you suggest something
