Hello Everyone,
i need to decide on a topic for conducting an open-house workshop, as you all understand the topics are vast and every things seems right. Can anyone help me with a topic...?
So far i have thought about "Ethics in workplace and can they be taught?"
Communication and Leadership are great topics, but are these not the most common topics that come to your minds when we think of a open-house workshop?
Please help, it would really be appreciated.
Thank You

Hey,
You can talk about topics like "Work Vs Life Balance";
"Creating a Family in Organization"
"Motivation for Employers"
"Knowledge and Skill could be trained. Can ATTITUDE be?
I would think of some more issues and let you know.
Also let me know who and what is the occasion of this open house. As far as I know and understand is that Open houses are created to meet and discuss certain issues or concerns or simply news breaking.
Let me know the agenda so that I can help you better.
